Domains of governance capability
Governance Academy exists to promote professional development and career adaptability through evidence-based education and training. Research undertaken by the Academy has identified the capabilities required by all governance professionals that are key to building success for the workforce, now and into the future. The capabilities fall into three domains of practice: how a person thinks and behaves, how they work and interact with others, and the more technical principles relating to what a governance professional does.
Governance Academy is working to develop micro-credentials to support the development of capability as identified through the research. Further information about the micro-credentials will be released in due course.
