Update on ASX Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations
This article provides an update on the recent release of the Principles and Recommendations (fifth edition), key changes and the consultation process. Subject to stakeholder consultation, the timeline proposes a final fifth edition be released in early 2025, and to take effect for ASX companies for financial years commencing on or after 1 July 2025.
