On clicking submit you declare that you deem yourself a fit and proper person for membership of Governance Institute and/or The Chartered Governance Institute and certify that your answers to the questions and information contained within this form are true and correct.

It is acknowledged that acceptance of this application is subject to determination by the Board of Directors of Governance Institute of Australia who may admit applicants as members. If admitted to membership, you undertake to be bound by the Constitution of Governance Institute, compulsory continuing professional development (CPD) requirements and the Members’ Code of Ethics, copies of which have been provided to you.
By attending our courses and events you grant us permission to use any photographs and videos taken during the course/event for promotional purposes. This includes advertising, social media, and other related materials.
