Latest AASB proposal doesn't solve remuneration reporting disconnect

The Australian Accounting Standards Board’s (AASB) latest attempt to solve the disconnect between remuneration reporting requirements under the AASB standards and corporations law clearly demonstrates that there should be only one reporting requirement – governed by the Corporations Act, says the peak body for corporate governance, Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA).
