This Micro-credential Bundle provides governance professionals at the established level of capability with the tools to cultivate a culture of transparency and continuous learning in their organisations. With an emphasis on developing a growth mindset, you will be guided to reflect on your own leadership capabilities and examine the critical role of leadership in driving effective governance practices.

Micro-credentials sit in between the Governance Academy's short course and postgraduate-level Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma.

They are an excellent option for individuals who are currently unable to commit to a full postgraduate program but seek to advance their knowledge with the potential to pursue further studies in the future.

The Reflective Leadership bundle include the following Micro-credentials:

1. Micro-credential in Critical & Independent Thinking
2. Micro-credential in Governance & Oversight
3. Micro-credential in Leading
4. Micro-credential in Reflection & Learning

• Completion of one Micro-credential at Governance Academy qualifies for admission to the postgraduate courses.
• You can commence study in any of our Micro-credentials or a Micro-credential Bundle on the first Monday of every month.
• Study in a Micro-credential Bundle enables you to choose the order of study for the four Micro-credentials in the Bundle. Following purchase of a Bundle, contact [email protected] to advise your preferred order of study. 
• The four Micro-credentials in a Bundle must be completed within a two-year period. This two-year period starts on the day of commencement of the first Micro-credential.
