Should you be unable to attend this event, a substitute delegate is always welcome. An additional charge may be applicable, for example, where a non-member substitutes for a member. A full refund will be made for cancellations made in writing (letter, fax, email) more than 10 business days prior to the event. Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that time. Circumstances may arise where this event may be cancelled or postponed, and in those instances, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Face-to-face courses

As access to course materials is provided 10 business days prior to the event, regrettably no refunds will be made after that time.

Should you be unable to attend an individual module/s or the complete four module course, a substitute delegate is always welcome. Circumstances may arise where the four module course may be cancelled or postponed, and in those instances a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Should you be unable to attend this event, a substitute delegate is always welcome. An additional charge may be applicable, for example, where a non-member substitutes for a member. A refund will be made for cancellations made in writing (letter, fax, email) more than 10 business days prior to the event; however, a cancellation fee of $175 (including GST) ($85 for South Australia) will be charged where a registration is for one day or more, and half of that for a half day. Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that time. Circumstances may arise where this event may be cancelled or postponed, and in those instances a full refund or transfer will be offered.
