Company Secretary, Sydney, NSW
Our client is seeking a Company Secretary who is degree qualified with extensive experience in a Company Secretarial role (listed environment preferred). You will be responsible for providing support to the Board, General Counsel and Company Secretary and senior management, to assist the Company in meeting their legal, financial and other statutory obligations. Regardless of your corporate background you will have a detailed understanding of the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act. Under-pinning the success of this role will be your ability to work autonomously, execute and prioritise competing demands whilst deploying the highest levels of diplomacy and integrity.
