This Micro-credential Bundle empowers governance professionals at the established level of capability to consider their values, biases and motivations, enhancing their ability to lead authentically and with integrity. You will develop the skills to inspire others, influence positive change, navigate challenges with empathy, and create inclusive environments that enhance team cohesion and organisational impact.

Micro-credentials sit in between the Governance Academy's short course and postgraduate-level Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma.

They are an excellent option for individuals who are currently unable to commit to a full postgraduate program but seek to advance their knowledge with the potential to pursue further studies in the future.

The Leadership Practice bundle include the following Micro-credentials:

1. Micro-credential in Collaborating & Influencing
2. Micro-credential in Empathy & Inclusion
3. Micro-credential in Ethics & Integrity
4. Micro-credential in Leading

• Completion of one Micro-credential at Governance Academy qualifies for admission to the postgraduate courses.
• You can commence study in any of our Micro-credentials or a Micro-credential Bundle on the first Monday of every month.
• Study in a Micro-credential Bundle enables you to choose the order of study for the four Micro-credentials in the Bundle. Following purchase of a Bundle, contact [email protected] to advise your preferred order of study. 
• The four Micro-credentials in a Bundle must be completed within a two-year period. This two-year period starts on the day of commencement of the first Micro-credential.
