Successful applicants have been announced for Governance Institute of Australia’s Arts Support Program

The Governance Institute of Australia is proud to announce the successful applicants for its 2024 Arts Support Program, which aims to empower leaders in the arts community through training and professional development in essential governance and risk management skills.

Successful applicants include Tasmania’s 10 Days on The Island, the Darwin Fringe Festival & Perth Symphony Orchestra. These successful organisations have been awarded scholarships for two of the Governance Institute’s leading courses: the Effective Director Course and a Certificate in Governance and Risk Management.

Governance Institute’s Arts Support Program was initiated in 2020 in response to the unprecedented challenges faced by the arts sector during the global pandemic. Since then, scholarships have been awarded to organisations including The Australian Ballet, Melbourne Fashion Festival, RISING, BlakDance, and the Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra.

Congratulations to our winners!
