Term and Conditions

1. End of Year Sale (EOYS) pricing is for registrations and payments made between 18 November–31 December 2024 only. 
2. You will have 60 days from date of payment to complete the individual online Short Courses. — Unfortunately, no extensions will be provided. 
3. You will have 12 months from date of payment to complete the online Certificate. Unfortunately,  —  no extensions will be provided. 
4. Payment for online Short Courses and Certificates must be made by 31 December 2024.
5. With face-to-face or facilitated virtual Certificates, you will gain access to our Learning Management System 10 days prior to the start of your course. From that date, you will have 12 months to access your learning materials and complete the course. Unfortunately, no extensions will be provided. 
6. Face-to-face and virtual Certificates and Effective Director Course registrations are non-transferable. If you transfer to a course not included in the EOYS, a transfer fee of $400 will apply.
7. Customers must show proof (ACNC Certificate) that they are a not-for-profit (NFP) with less than $10 million in annual turnover to qualify for NFP pricing. 
8. NFP pricing is applicable to the Certificate in Governance for Not-for-Profits only.
9. For 2024 Effective Director Course registrations will receive a bonus online short course, Financial Analysis for Officers and Directors. Access to the short course will be provided from the date of payment and you will have 60 days to complete it.
10. All face-to-face and virtual Certificates and Effective Director courses must be paid in full before the scheduled course commences. 
11. In-house training program courses need to either be delivered by or program delivery started by 31 March 2025. If In-house training is delayed the full rate will be applied and an additional invoice will be sent to the organisation.
