This Certificate is designed at the emerging level of capability to address the learning needs of a wide range of Not-for-Profit professionals with varying levels of governance responsibilities in the Not-for-Profit sector.

Explore governance, ethics, risk, duties and legal obligations of officers and directors and cyber security governance relative to the Not-for-Profit sector and build confidence in your ability to support good governance practices in your Not-for-Profit organisation.

How is this course delivered:

Attend this face-to-face Certificate over 3 days with the experienced facilitators and with your peers. Networking opportunities are provided throughout the course as we put you into groups to work through case studies.

Facilitators are senior governance and risk professionals with executive and/or non-executive experience who have worked across a number of sectors/industries. They will guide you through the course materials and activities.

There are no prerequisites required for entry to the Certificates, so anyone can study.

The Certificate fee includes the six Short Courses listed above and:

• a downloadable soft copy of the course materials prior to each short course
• Assessments include a multiple-choice quiz and case study responses
• Assessments will be auto graded with a digital badge issued on successful completion
• a vocational qualification in your chosen area of study
• practical knowledge and skills that you can readily apply in the workplace

Access to the course materials and assessments is available for 180 days from the first scheduled course start date.
