Palliative Care Australia, based in Canberra, is seeking to appoint two Independent Directors to its Board. Palliative Care Australia (PCA) is the national peak body for palliative care, representing and supporting people, services and organisations committed to quality palliative care for all Australians. The Board is particularly interested in candidates with expertise in governance, executive leadership, financial management, legal or regulatory oversight, philanthropy, and strategic capability building. Experience in the not-for-profit, health, aged care, or community sectors is advantageous. Open Gardens Victoria Inc (OGV), is currently seeking to appoint a new Treasurer to its Board. OGV is a respected community organisation, supporting the continued sharing of Victoria’s diverse and unique private gardens.
Time commitment
