Andrew Amos, Regional Vice President, Diligent APAC

Andrew is the Regional Vice President at Diligent APAC, the global leading provider of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions, where he leads the strategic growth initiatives across the ANZ region. With a focus on enhancing governance and risk management practices, Andrew excels in building strong client relationships delivering tailored GRC technology solutions to address complex challenges.

Prior to joining Diligent in July 2021, Andrew held leadership roles over 16 years at several leading Software as a Service providers, building high performing teams and driving revenue growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

Camille Blackburn, Director Asia Pacific, Financial Conduct Authority UK

Camille Blackburn leads the APAC office of the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The office supports financial services firms to navigate regulation to enter the UK market, businesses to scale and raise capital in the UK, and provides UK firms with support expanding into the APAC region.

Camille was previously the Director of Wholesale Buyside at the FCA leading the directorate responsible for Supervision, Policy, and Market Analysis of the UK’s 15tn asset management and funds sector, and related services.

Camille has deep experience in financial services regulation across public and private sectors. She has led global teams in the private sector for large multinational financial services firms in the UK and Australia and has held senior appointments at financial services regulators in Australia, Ireland and the UK. Camille holds a Master of Laws (LSE) and Master of Commerce (UNSW).

Gaby Carney, Senior Fellow, Strategic AI, Human Technology Institute

Gaby Carney is a Senior Fellow at the UTS Human Technology Institute where she advises on AI corporate governance and the safe and responsible use of AI. Gaby is a lawyer and policy expert with extensive experience in legal and regulatory policy, and governance. She has been a Partner of management consulting firm, Partners in Performance and has held senior executive roles in the NSW Government.

Karlie Cremin, CEO, DLPA & Crestcom Australia

Karlie Cremin is the CEO of DLPA and Crestcom Australia, organisations dedicated to helping businesses solve complex people challenges with practical, real-world solutions. She partners with organisations to design bespoke leadership programs, psychosocial hazard consulting, and people-focused strategies that build stronger cultures and more capable teams.

With a career spanning construction, government, not-for-profits, and the import sector, Karlie brings deep expertise in strategy, business model design, and workforce development. She is passionate about business sustainability and profitability, driven by her belief that people are the key drivers of organisational performance.

Adam Davids, Chief Executive Officer, CareerTrackers, Non-executive Director, Social Ventures Australia

Adam Davids is a proud Aboriginal man and descendant of the Wiradjuri people. He is a Fulbright Scholar, a Kenneth Myer Innovation Fellow, a Sydney Myer Foundation Fellow, and Founding Partner of First Nations Equity Partners. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Career Trackers.

Adam Davids was one of the pioneers behind CareerTrackers Indigenous Internship Program Limited and CareerSeekers New Australian Internship Program Limited and has undertaken groundbreaking work to identify global racial equity standards for businesses to make an impact with underrepresented minorities.

Over the years Adam has established a network of leading academics, NGOs, and business leaders to promote equity, justice, and the self-determination of racial minorities around the world. His career and research have shed light on global issues around racial wealth inequality, the lack of diversity in leadership, and how to build sustainable and high-impact non-profits.

Dr Tracey Dodd, Director Research Development, University of Adelaide, Chair, Governance Committee, Green Industries SA

Dr Tracey Dodd is an internationally recognised expert on corporate governance, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and risk. She currently serves on the boards of Green Industries SA, the Australian Maths Trust, and Australian Dance Theatre, where she chairs governance and finance committees. She is also Director of Sustainable Innovation Pty Ltd, advising on strategy and regulatory transformation. Her work includes intergovernmental reforms valued at $400M and oversight of project teams that have secured over $16M in economic and social development funding. She also holds several academic appointments, including academic lead for governance and Adjunct Associate Professor with the Governance Institute of Australia, and appointments with the Adelaide Business School, ISC Business School in Paris, and the University of Exeter in the UK.

Ben Doyle, Director – Cyber Security Industry Experience, Thales

Ben is a seasoned information security executive with over 25 years of experience in the field. For the 21 years he was the CISO AU/NZ at Thales, a global leader in aerospace, defence, and security solutions. In this role, he was responsible for defining and implementing the information security strategy, policy, and standards across Thales in Australia and New Zealand, while also managing the complex challenges of national security and export control requirements. Recently Ben has moved to Thales Cyber Services as the Director – Cyber Industry Experience to help grow the Cyber practice and meet its purpose of making Australia safe.

Ben has a strong passion for the technical aspects of information security is also an expert in cybersecurity and risk management, applying his skills and knowledge to assess and mitigate the threats and vulnerabilities facing the organisation. He is a visionary leader who fosters innovation and collaboration, working across the breadth of the global organisation’s capabilities and supporting small and agile technology start-ups. He is a frequent speaker and contributor at international and local conferences, seminars, and round tables, sharing his insights and best practices on information security.

Craig Emery FGIA, Group Company Secretary, Telstra Group Ltd

Craig was appointed Group Company Secretary of Telstra Group Limited effective 16 October 2024.

Craig is a senior legal and governance professional with over 20 years experience advising senior management and boards. Craig reports to the board and his duties include continuous disclosure compliance, corporate governance and communication with Telstra’s shareholders.

Craig joined Telstra in 2006 and has served in senior legal roles throughout the company including supporting our Consumer, Small Business, Product, Media, Finance and Operations functions. He has spent time living and working in Hong Kong leading our International legal team. He was Telstra’s Chief Compliance Officer from March 2023 prior to taking the Group Company Secretary role.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kathryn Fagg AC, Non-executive Director, National Australia Bank, Djerriwarrh Investments Ltd and Medibank Private Ltd

Kathryn is a respected and experienced director and chair, with extensive senior commercial and operational leadership experience across a range of industries.

Her executive and professional roles have been broad and diverse. Kathryn started her career as a chemical engineer. She became a management consultant with McKinsey and then held a number of senior executive positions in the banking, steel and logistics industries across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Kathryn is a Non-Executive Director of National Australia Bank, Medibank Private and Djerriwarrh Investments Limited. She is Chair of the Breast Cancer Network Australia, Chair of Watertrust Australia and is a Board Member of the Grattan Institute, The Myer Foundation, and Champions of Change Coalition. Kathryn was previously Chair of CSIRO, Chair of Boral, a Board member of the Reserve Bank of Australia, Chair of Parks Victoria, President of Chief Executive Women, Chair of Melbourne Recital Centre and Non-Executive Director of Incitec Pivot Limited. Kathryn is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering.

Belinda Gibson FGIA FCG, Non-executive Director, Brisbane Airport, Humbli and Yalari Group

Belinda is a non-executive director of Brisbane Airport, Humbli and the Yalari group of companies. She also serves as a member of the ASX Cash Equities Clearing and Settlement Advisory Group and as Chair of the Professional Conduct Oversight Committee of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is a consultant to Boards Global.

Belinda previously served as a Director of Ausgrid (representing the NSW State interests in the Ausgrid partnership). She was a Corporate and Securities Partner with the global law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques for 20 years. She particularly focused on transaction strategies, partnerships and joint venture arrangements and governance issues. In 2007, she was appointed Commissioner and then Deputy Chair of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (‘ASIC’), with primary responsibility for oversight of the capital markets. In 2013, she left ASIC and established her independent corporate advisory and legal business.

She is a former Director of Airservices Australia, the air traffic control agency, GetSwift Limited, Chief Executive Women Inc, The Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Foundation, Thorn Group Ltd and Citigroup Australian retail bank.

Ishita Gupta, Founding Engineer, Kinso AI, United Nations Delegate, AFR Future Leader

Ishita Gupta is a founding engineer at Kinso, where she is building the next operating system for human performance with AI Cognition. At only 19, she combines technical depth with entrepreneurial drive, pursuing how AI can be applied to humanity’s most complex challenges.

At 16, she received a Harvard Research Scholarship in Quantum Computing and the Australian Defence Force Innovation Award for her leadership in technology.

Ishita has represented Australia at the United Nations on AI, innovation, and climate resilience. She brings a rare youth perspective at the intersection of engineering, governance, and diplomacy, advocating for responsible AI that is built with intention and for a better tomorrow.

Dr Vanessa Guthrie AO, Non-executive Director, Santos Ltd, Lynas Rare Earths Ltd and Orica Limited, Chancellor, Curtin University

Dr Vanessa Guthrie AO is an experienced Non-Executive Director with an executive career spanning thirty years in the resources sector, in a variety of diverse minerals and energy resources.

Vanessa is Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed companies Santos Ltd, Lynas Rare Earths Ltd and Orica Limited. Vanessa is also Chancellor of Curtin University and Deputy Chair of Cricket Australia.

Vanessa has qualifications in geology, environment, law, and business management including a PhD in Geology. She was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science from Curtin University in 2017 for her contribution to sustainability, innovation, and policy leadership in the resources industry.

She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (ATSE) and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Vanessa’s contribution to the mining industry has been recognised globally, and in 2021 she was awarded an Officer in the Order of Australia for distinguished service to the minerals and resources sector, and as a role model for women in business.

Katrina Horobin, CEO, Governance Institute of Australia

Katrina has broad leadership and general management experience across various sectors including telecommunications, technology, superannuation, and education. She has worked for large, complex organisations overseeing operational and marketing activities, including Optus and AAPT, we well as been a founding leadership team member of three different start-up businesses in telecommunications and technology.

Chirag Joshi, President, ISACA Sydney

Chirag Joshi is a globally recognised cyber security leader, author, and the Founder and CISO of 7 Rules Cyber, a strategic cyber security advisory firm focused on enabling defensible and efficient outcomes across industry and government. He currently serves as President of ISACA Sydney, where he is driving growth, professional development, and thought leadership across the cyber, risk, and governance community, and as National Ambassador for the Critical Infrastructure ISAC Australia, strengthening collaboration and resilience across the nation’s most essential sectors.

A multi-award-winning executive, he was named Cyber Security Consultant of the Year (SME) at the 2025 Australian Cyber Security Awards, his second win in this category. Fiona Mead FGIA, Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance

Ms Mead was appointed Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance effective June 2018. Previously, she was the Company Secretary and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Tabcorp Holdings Limited. Prior to that, Ms Mead was the Company Secretary at Asciano Limited, and earlier, Assistant Company Secretary at Telstra. Fiona began her career as a lawyer with law firm Ashurst.

Ms Mead is a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of Australia, Chartered Governance Professional and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Gillian E Meller, Legal and Governance Director, MTR Corporation Limited

Gill is MTR Corporation Limited’s Legal and Governance Director. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the Company’s legal, company secretarial, insurance and risk management functions and a central procurement and supply chain function. She is also responsible for leading the Company’s assurance function with the aim of providing a strengthened second line of defence across key risk areas of the Company and for leading MTR’s overall ESG strategy. Gill graduated from the University of Oxford. She is qualified to practise as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales. Gill is a vice chairman of the Legal Committee of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and an independent director of Hong Kong, China Rugby. She is also a representative of the China/Hong Kong Division on the Council of the international Chartered Governance Institute, a former President of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, and a Fellow of both of these institutes.

Afshin Molavi, Senior Fellow, Foreign Policy Insitute and Founder, Emerging World Initiative

Afshin Molavi is a senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute and founder of the Emerging World Initiative at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington DC, where he writes, researches and speaks broadly on the key global trends shaping our world.

Over a career spanning nearly three decades, Molavi has worked as a journalist, geopolitical risk analyst, think tank fellow, professor, executive education leader, syndicated columnist, development bank staffer, award-winning filmmaker, and advisor to companies worldwide. He has lived in and worked and traveled to dozens of countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Today, Molavi is a regular keynote speaker for institutional investor conferences and trade associations (see – www.afshinmolavi.com ), where he speaks on themes related to global megatrends, national competitiveness, innovation, and the deeper tectonic shifts shaping our world. In addition, he is a Senior Adjunct Research Fellow at the New America Foundation, a non-partisan think tank.

Cathy Moloney, Vice President Australia, The Asia Group

Dr Cathy Moloney is Australia Vice President at The Asia Group (TAG), a Washington based Geo-political Advisory firm with 13 offices across the Asia-Pacific. She is on the Executive Committee of Women in Nuclear (WiN) Australia, and a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Network for Non- Proliferation and Disarmament (APLN).

Cathy is a specialist in Australian foreign policy, defence and national security, including nuclear and strategic policy, forging a highly successful career spanning industry, government and academia. Cathy’s previous roles include Deputy Director of the Defence Strategy & National Security Program at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI); Director and Senior Advisor at the Centre for Defence Research, Australian Department of Defence; SME to the ADF Joint Warfare Development Branch and Office of the Chief of Defence Force; and Editor of the Australian Journal of Defence and Strategic Studies. She is also a Vice Chancellor Award winning lecturer and convenor in International Relations and Security.

Cathy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nuclear Policy and International Relations from Griffith University, a Master of International Politics (1st Class) from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of International Relations from Griffith University.

Paul Murphy, Head of Governance & ESG APAC, Georgeson

Paul Murphy is Head of Governance & ESG Advisory APAC at Georgeson and is responsible for growing and executing Georgeson’s ESG advisory strategy in Australia/New Zealand and across the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Georgeson in May 2023, Paul was a Director on the Vanguard Global Investment Stewardship team responsible for portfolio company engagement, proxy voting, advocacy and thought leadership on investment stewardship issues in Australia. Prior to that, Paul led Vanguard’s government relations and regulatory affairs functions as Head of Advocacy and Strategy, influencing public policy in Australia.

Before joining Vanguard, Paul gained over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. He has held roles across strategic marketing, financial education and advice, industry advocacy, public affairs and stakeholder relations in organisations such as UniSuper, the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors, the Australian Investment Managers’ Association and the Victorian State Government.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Monash University and a Masters in Organisational Leadership from Melbourne Business School. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Associate Professor Tim Nelson FGIA FCG, Chair, Australian National Energy Market Review

Tim is currently the Chair of the independent review of Australia’s NEM. The Review is to make recommendations to Ministers in late 2025.

Tim was the Executive General Manager, Energy Markets at Iberdrola Australia until November 2024. In this role, Tim led the wholesale and retail energy markets functions. He also led business development for firming, hydrogen and smart solutions. Tim joined Iberdrola Australia in March 2020 from the Australian Energy Market Commission (AEMC). Up until November 2018, Tim was the Chief Economist of AGL Energy.

He has also been a Climate Councillor, a member of the Westpac Stakeholder Advisory Council, an advisory board member for My Net Zero.

Tim is an Associate Professor at Griffith University and is widely published in Australian and international peer-reviewed journals. He holds a PhD in economics for which he earned a Chancellors Doctoral Research Medal and a first-class honours degree in economics. Tim is also a fellow of the Governance Institute (FGIA FCG CS CGP) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is also a Fellow of the Centre for Policy Development.

Darryl Newton, Non-Executive Director, ING Bank Australia

Darryl Newton has had an extensive career over a variety of industries and roles.

Darryl’s executive career spanned the accounting and consulting profession, the banking and financial services industry, and the diversity of Australia Post. His initial career was in the accounting profession for 22 years and was a partner at Ernst & Young for 14 years. Darryl held senior risk roles at Westpac, was CRO at Bank of Queensland, and completed his executive career from the role Special Advisor to Australia Post, having earlier stepped down from the role of Chief Risk Officer.

Darryl is a Non-Executive Director of ING Bank in Australia, and Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, and is Chairman of The Centre for Eye Health.

Lyn Nicholson FGIA FCG, General Counsel, Holding Redlich

Lyn is Holding Redlich’s Practice Leader for Data & Privacy in the corporate and commercial group of Holding Redlich with broad corporate and commercial experience. Lyn has significant expertise advising on complex corporate transactions. Lyn is passionate about the intersection of law with technology and how this plays out in the areas of artificial intelligence, machine learning, new biometric analysis tools and other related areas. To keep up with developments in these areas she is a member of the Australian Society for Computers and the Law and regularly attends their seminars.

Lyn is well placed to advise on areas where the application of existing law to new products and offerings created by technological advance are ambiguous and uncertain. Lyn has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Australia guide as a leading lawyer for Privacy and Data Security Law since 2023. She has also been recognised as a thought leader in the Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards for Australia in Autumn 2021 for Intellectual Property and in 2022 and Spring 2024 for Data Protection.

Dr Ian Opperman, Commonwealth Data Standards Chair for Digital ID and Consumer Data Right

Dr Ian Oppermann is the Chair of the Commonwealth’s Data Standards Committee and an Advisor to the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change.

Ian is an Associate Industry Professor in the Faculty of Engineering & IT at UTS, the co-founder of ServiceGen, and member of the board for multiple deep technology start-ups. From 2015 to 2023, Ian was the NSW Government’s Chief Data Scientist working within the Department of Customer Service, where he chaired the 11-member NSW Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee. The committee developed a world-first AI assurance framework for government projects.

Ian has nearly 30 years’ experience in the Information and Communication Technology sector. He has held senior management roles in Europe and Australia, including Director for Radio Access Performance at Nokia, Global Head of Sales Partnering (network software) at Nokia Siemens Networks, and Divisional Chief and Flagship Director at the CSIRO.

Ian is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia, the IEEE, the NSW Royal Society, the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, and is a Fellow and past President of the Australian Computer Society. He is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, president of the Australia National Committee of the IEC, and president of the JTC1 strategic advisory committee in Australia.

Daniel Popovski, Senior Policy & Advocacy Advisor

Daniel is the AI and tech policy and advocacy lead at Governance Institute where he leads research, policy and advocacy in the areas of AI and tech governance, risk and compliance. He works with a network of Governance Institute members and affiliates to support Australia’s governance professional community through best practice guides, explainers and practical toolkits to support better decision making when adopting new technologies in the workplace. Daniel is committee member to ISO42001 technical AI standards working group and has held affiliated advisory roles with the OECD, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and is lead delegate at the UNESCO SPARK AI alliance. He has previously worked across a number of industry bodies including as senior economics adviser at the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Anjali Rao, Award-winning Broadcast Journalist

Anjali is a multi-award-winning journalist, who has spent 20 years in the top tiers of broadcast news and current affairs. Since moving to Australia in 2012, Anjali spent several years hosting SBS’s flagship international current affairs program, Dateline, as well as appearing as a regular guest host on a number of prime-time television shows, including The Project and Studio 10.

Previously, Anjali was anchor of CNN International’s weekday breakfast show and host of the network’s weekly chat show, Talk Asia, both of which air globally to 220 million households. Earlier, she anchored at both Sky News UK and Channel 5 News in London.

Her honest, yet relaxed interview style has made for many revealing conversations with some of the world’s highest profile personalities including the Dalai Lama, former US President Bill Clinton, actors Kevin Spacey and Gwyneth Paltrow, pop stars Rihanna, Kanye West and Jay-Z, sporting legends Roger Federer, Shane Warne and Kobe Bryant, and fashion icons Karl Lagerfeld and Donatella Versace, among countless others.

Marnie Reid, CEO Issuer Services, Australia and New Zealand, Computershare

As CEO Issuer Services Australia and New Zealand, Marnie Reid is responsible for the leadership, growth and day to day management of the Issuer Services business in Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining Computershare in 2022, Marnie had been a client of Computershare for 30 years with both AMP Limited and NRMA (now IAG). While at AMP, Marnie oversaw the governance of AMP’s retail register as Head of Shareholder Services, working in the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications teams.

Marnie was made a Fellow of the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) in 2021 in recognition of her advocacy work in fostering best practice and development programs in retail investor relations.

Veronica Rios, Director, Global Associations & Strategic Partnerships, LexisNexis

Veronica leads the strategic partnerships and initiatives team at LexisNexis Asia Pacific. With over 15 years of experience throughout the legal services and content provider space, Veronica has worked in various roles including content creation, product, strategy and business development. Veronica supports LexisNexis in its mission to advance the rule of law through collaboration on innovative projects with partners including the Australian Human Rights Commission, Attorney Generals Dept of Maldives and the National Association of Community Legal Centres. Veronica was awarded the “Maverick of the Year” Bronze Awards for Women in Business for her work in supporting access to justice and human rights. Veronica completed her undergraduate degree at Macquarie University and has a Masters in Human Rights Law and Policy from University of NSW.

James Ritchie FGIA, Practice Leader, Workplace and Enterprise Risk Management, Bellrock Benefits

With over a decade of specialised experience in workplace risk management, James has designed and facilitated risk management and compliance programmes at operational and executive levels for government and corporate entities across Australia.

He has provided advice on risk, governance and WHS management to organisations in State and Local Government, mining services, not for profit and the indigenous affairs sectors. Throughout this work James has honed the ability to tailor solutions that respond directly to the sector-specific needs and workplace culture of the organisations he advises.

The scope of risk management work James has been involved in includes bespoke risk management workshops, enterprise risk assessments, governance frameworks, policy implementation and compliance training.

Professor Alex Robson, Deputy Chair, Productivity Commission

Alex commenced a 5-year term as a full time Commissioner and Deputy Chair of the Productivity Commission in March 2022.

Professor Robson leads the Productivity stream of work and co-leads the Industry and Trade stream of work at the PC. In addition to his role of Deputy Chair, Professor Robson is also working on the Creating a dynamic and resilient economy and Building a more skilled and adaptable workforce inquiries, and National Competition Policy analysis 2025 study.

Professor Robson has a broad range of experience in academia and the public and private sectors, most recently as Associate Partner at EY (Ernst and Young). Prior to that, Professor Robson served as Australia’s Ambassador to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

He also served as Senior Economic Adviser and Chief Economist to the former Australian Prime Minister, the Hon Malcolm Turnbull, and has held a number of other positions, including Managing Director at FTI Consulting; Director at Deloitte Access Economics; Director of the Economic Policy Analysis Program at Griffith University; Lecturer in Economics at the Australian National University; and as a graduate economist at the Commonwealth Treasury in Canberra.

Ann Sherry AO, Chancellor, Queensland University of Technology, Non-executive Director, National Australia Bank

Ann is one of Australia’s leading business executives with a career that spans Government, Banking and Cruise Tourism. She is an active philanthropist with a passion for improving opportunities and removing barriers for women in STEM and sport, and supporting opportunities for Indigenous Australians.

Ann is the Chancellor of Queensland University of Technology and a Non-executive Director of National Australia Bank. She is the Chair of Queensland Airports Limited, the Port of Townville, UNICEF Australia, Super Members Council of Australia, Circa Contemporary Circus and Climate Leaders Coalition. Ann is a Member of Sydney Harbour Federation Trust.

Beginning her working life as a Radiographer, Ann became First Assistant Secretary of the Office of the Status of Women in Canberra before moving to the banking sector initially in HR roles, then in CEO roles with Westpac NZ and the Bank of Melbourne. She then became CEO and later Chair of Carnival Australia.

The Australian Government awarded Ann the Centenary Medal in 2001 and in 2004 she was awarded an Order of Australia. In 2015 Ann was named as the overall winner of the Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence Award.

Tim Trumper, Author, AI Game on

Tim is former Chair of the NRMA (National Roads and Motorists Association), advisor- founding shareholder Quantium Australia’s largest data and AI enterprise, advisor – founding shareholder in Andi Search and author of AI: Game On published by Hardie Grant in March 2024.

He is an authority on the utilisation of data and AI to drive innovation, customer engagement and corporate strategy.

Tim is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director, Former CEO, Advisor for high-performance global and Australian companies. His career has spanned diverse categories including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Big Data, Digital Transformation, Mobility and Transport, Financial Services and Media.

He holds an MBA from UNE and in 2018 completed Harvard’s Making Corporate Boards More Effective Governance Program.

Along with fellow directors and late Chair Hon. R J Hawke, Tim helped to establish The Bestest Foundation. This charity has raised over $5,000,000 for disadvantaged Australian children.

Pauline Vamos, Chair and President, Governance Institute of Australia , Chair, Zurich Assure

Pauline is a non-executive director of Mercer Superannuation Australia Limited and Chair of Interaction Disability Services, Zurich Assure Pty Ltd and Ardea Funds Management. Pauline is also the President and Chair of Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the International Council of The Chartered Governance Institute. Beth Worrall, Manager, Responsible AI Network, National AI Centre

Beth Worrall leads the Responsible AI and AI Literacy strategy for the National AI Centre, part of the Department for Industry, Science and Resources. Prior to joining government, Beth had 20 years of experience leading skills and corporate responsibility programs for Microsoft Australia, Bupa, Bank of America and Santos.

Ben is a Non-Executive Director of Rio Tinto, Woodside Energy Ltd, and APM Human Services International Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Telethon Kids Institute and West Coast Eagles and member of the Advisory Committee of Australian Capital Equity.

Ben had a prolific career in the Western Australian Parliament before retiring in March 2021. He held a number of ministerial positions and became the first Indigenous treasurer of an Australian parliament. His extensive knowledge of public policy, finance, international trade and Indigenous affairs brings valuable insight and adds to the depth of knowledge on the Board. Ben was previously an officer in the Australian Army Reserves, and went on to have a career in the legal profession as a barrister and solicitor.
