Governance and Risk Management Forum

Governance and Risk Management Forum Agenda – VIC

Over the two days you will have the opportunity to hear from our panel of speakers and to engage in active discussions with your peers on some of the practical strategies that can be adapted to your own settings.

Governance and Risk Management Forum

Embedding organisational resilience amidst continuous change

In a year of heightened uncertainty, boards and executives are operating in an environment where risk, ethics and accountability are being tested. That is why Governance Institute is expanding the Governance and Risk Management Forum (GRMF) into a flagship national series for 2026.

Rather than holding our International Governance Leadership Conference, our focus is on our national roadshow dedicated to the intersection of governance, risk and ethics.

Across a wide range of topics, the national series will explore how organisations build trust through ethical decision making, strong governance and future focused capability in an evolving risk landscape. Audiences will hear directly from peers at the forefront of governance, risk and ethics, sharing practical insights from the decisions they are making today.

That is why GRMF is bigger, sharper and more important than ever.
