Stay ahead of the evolving governance and risk landscape for Australian Not-For-Profits. This practical facilitator led discussion will provide governance and risk professionals with an overview of the governance opportunities, emerging risks and regulatory developments facing NFPs over the next 12 months.

By attending this session, members will:
- Understand the regulatory landscape including upcoming NDIS changes.
- Recognise the increasing roles and responsibilities of NFP Boards and officers.
- Gain insight into emerging governance challenges including risk oversight, WHS management, ESG considerations and cyber risk.
- Develop a deeper understanding of enhancing governance frameworks to build stakeholder trust.

Bradley Boyle FGIA FCG, General Counsel & Company Secretary, Royal Flying Doctor Service

Brad is a respected and experienced international executive, company director, corporate advisor, and adjunct lecturer. Brad has over 25 years’ experience within the State and Federal Government, private and publicly listed companies, and not-for-profit organisations in the areas of corporate, legal and energy and resources. Brad has experience across a diverse range of industries such as retail, education, hospitality, music, transport, mining, agribusiness, marine, health services, heavy industry, mining equipment, renewable energies, oil & gas, not for profit in Australia and various jurisdictions around the world. Since 2009, Brad has been a Specialist Adjunct Lecturer in Officer and Directors Duties, Governance and Compliance and Risk Management.

Dawn France FGIA, Law and Business Managing Director, Enfranchise

Dawn is an accomplished executive and governance professional with a career spanning the Corporate, NGO, Education, Manufacturing, and Community sectors.

As Managing Director of Enfranchise Pty Ltd, she specialises in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), partnering with organisations to coach and embed Governance, Risk and Compliance through operational excellence and strengthening workplace culture, driving sustainable growth in both people and performance.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Law and Business, professional membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), Fellow Membership with the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), and credentials as an Exemplar Global Qualified Lead Auditor and DISC Accredited Practitioner. These credentials underpin her practical expertise in compliance, leadership, and organisational development. Dawn is a Board Director of The Spear Foundation, providing governance oversight and contributing to community-led programs that empower Aboriginal youth, Elders, and families. Dawn is also a Governing Council  Member at the WA South Metropolitan Tafe
