Job Title: Regulatory Advisory Committee members

Location: Melbourne, VIC

The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is inviting applications from experienced regulatory leaders with expertise in risk-based regulation, compliance and enforcement to join its new Regulatory Advisory Committee.

The committee will provide the VEC with independent expert advice, assurance, oversight and regular monitoring to support its regulatory work and provide advice to the VEC on:

  • best practice in regulation
  • regulatory assurance and risk
  • emerging regulatory issues and trends.

The VEC regulates electoral participants – voters, candidates and campaigners, registered political parties and others – to safeguard free and fair elections, ensure transparency in electoral processes and deliver elections with integrity and results that can be trusted.

Job Title: Company Secretary

Location: Queensland

The Board Secretary is employed by the Board and works closely with the Chairperson. The role provides key support and coordination for all HYPAR Board activities. The Board meets bi-monthly, via Teams and from time to time, in person at its office in Narangba, which is 34Km north of Brisbane CBD. Depending on the circumstance, additional meetings may be called, usually via Teams.

HYPAR provides Mentoring, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Disability Support and Residential Care services to young people across Greater Brisbane and the surrounding South East Queensland region. The successful applicant must have, or be able to obtain, NDIS worker screening card, a working with children card, and LCS2 screening. Information on these will be provided.

HYPAR Group is a private company, for purpose. It is not required to have an AGM. The Founder is the only shareholder. It is not ASX listed. It has a Board of four Directors but no committees. Board Meetings are held bi-monthly, with a board pack provided in non-meeting months covering management reporting. Applications close: Saturday, 20 June 2026.

Job Title: Corporate Compliance Officer

Location: Sydney, NSW

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Compliance & Legal, this role involves the provision of company secretary, compliance and related legal support on a broad range of issues across the organisation.

The Corporate Governance & Compliance Officer will also assist with the preparation of documents necessary to comply with the relevant regulations in conducting business activities.

The APVMA seeks to appoint a high-impact risk and quality professional to a key leadership role within the Governance Risk and Assurance section. Leading the Quality and Risk team, you will drive enterprise risk management, quality management, legislative compliance and business continuity functions, while providing trusted advice to senior leadership on risk, quality and compliance matters. You will influence organisational outcomes, lead a capable team, and help strengthen frameworks, capability and culture to support sound decision-making, accountability and continuous improvement across the agency.
