Job Title: Company SecretaryLocation: Queensland The Board Secretary is employed by the Board and works closely with the Chairperson. The role provides key support and coordination for all HYPAR Board activities. The Board meets bi-monthly, via Teams and from time to time, in person at its office in Narangba, which is 34Km north of Brisbane CBD. Depending on the circumstance, additional meetings may be called, usually via Teams. HYPAR provides Mentoring, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Disability Support and Residential Care services to young people across Greater Brisbane and the surrounding South East Queensland region. The successful applicant must have, or be able to obtain, NDIS worker screening card, a working with children card, and LCS2 screening. Information on these will be provided. HYPAR Group is a private company, for purpose. It is not required to have an AGM. The Founder is the only shareholder. It is not ASX listed. It has a Board of four Directors but no committees.
