Women in Media Australia is seeking two new, independent members to join the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee: one role with a finance background, and the other role with a governance and risk background.

The roles are to bring an informed, financial and risk-aware perspective to the Committee and support the Board in building a resilient, well-governed organisation that can confidently pursue its mission.

Endeavour Foundation is seeking expressions of interest for two voluntary Board Director positions. We operate nationally in a highly regulated environment, with a significant workforce, complex NDIS and government funding, and annual revenue exceeding $360m.

As a skills-based Board, we are seeking:

  • Strategic technology leadership (including transformation, AI, cybersecurity, automation and digital platforms).
  • Advocacy and government engagement expertise, particularly across the Federal environment and NDIS landscape.

Yarra Ranges Kinders

Yarra Ranges Kindergartens (YRK), based in Chirnside Park, VIC, is seeking Volunteer Non-Executive Board Directors (including Chair and Treasurer opportunities) to assist with providing strategic governance, financial oversight and leadership to support high-quality, community-based early childhood education programs across the Yarra Ranges.

Your commitment will include approximately 6–8 Board meetings per year, participation in subcommittees as required, and attendance at occasional strategic planning sessions and community events.

Sydney Philharmonia Limited, based in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a volunteer Company Secretary to support Board governance, regulatory compliance, and effective corporate oversight. Your commitment will include attendance and preparation for ~6 Board meetings per year, AGM responsibility (including preparation and administrative aspects), board support and providing governance impact in a high-profile arts organisation. You have the option to lean in to provide governance advise and insights and joining committee work. Ngala

Ngala, one of Western Australia’s most respected community organisations, is seeking Directors with contemporary experience across the health, community and human services sectors who bring strong governance capability and strategic leadership; particularly in People & Culture, Finance, Audit & Risk, and Clinical Governance, Quality and Safeguarding. Though unpaid, these appointments offer a meaningful chance to contribute, with Directors attending ~10 Board meetings per year in Kensington, serving on a subcommittee (~6-10 meetings), undertaking an annual site visit, and joining a 2-day strategy session.

Bravehearts Foundation

Bravehearts Foundation, Australia’s leading child protection organisation, is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to help strengthen the governance of a nationally recognised charity.
