Designed for aspiring and newly appointed directors, executives reporting into boards, and directors wanting to refine their skills, our flagship course examines effective board practises and executive engagement, acquiring information and decision making, boardroom dynamics, and the key elements of high performing directors and boards.
The course is delivered virtually through zoom or face-to-face across the country, you can complete over 3-days or over 6 weeks. Choose the course delivery which suits your requirements.
