Measuring governance and risk to deliver mission, values and goals.

As the task of NFPs and charities continues to grow, the need for impactful mission delivery has never been greater.

At the 2024 Not-for-Profit Governance Forum, we look at the ways in which we can measure effective delivery of the organisational mission and goals. We look at the metrics that will interrogate and quantify the scale, fitness, and impactful delivery of strategy and service. We consider how this can inform intelligent strategy underpinned by strong governance.
