Governance Institute finds 96 per cent of sports board and committee members agree that good culture is critical for ethical behaviour
Yesterday’s release of an independent review into Cricket Australia’s organisational culture and governance frameworks by The Ethics Centre revealed a win-at-all-costs attitude that affects the culture from the top down.
Governance Institute has provided a submission on the issues raised by the Interim Report of the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
Governance Institute of Australia has appointed Ms Megan Motto as its new Chief Executive Officer. Megan will commence in January 2019. Governance Institute President, Warren Baillie said the board is delighted that Megan Motto is joining the organisation. Megan is the former Chief Executive Officer of Consult Australia. Megan is on the boards of Standards Australia and the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA).
