Relief for spiralling cost of annual reports welcomed


In light of evidence that shareholders are turning their backs on company annual reports, despite the effort and cost of producing them, Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA) has welcomed the Federal Government’s decision to allow companies to make annual reports available on the Internet and to send hard copies only on request.
