Governance Institute is pleased to offer a complimentary web listing service for Not-for-Profit organisations requiring assistance in their governance practices. Many NFP organisations would benefit from help from qualified Governance Institute members and we encourage members to offer their support.

Cystic Fibrosis Community Care Ltd, based in Melbourne with subsidiary in New South Wales is seeking a Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant for a board position. Holding the role of Treasurer you will work with our finance team and assist with month end financial reporting, cashflow preparation, and general governance duties. Your commitment will include attending seven board meetings a year, held in Melbourne. Meetings start at 6:30pm and generally last two hours. Our Sydney board members teleconference in.
