University Secretary

The University Secretary provides advice and support on governance matters and works closely with the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor and members of the University Council. The role is responsible for providing secretariat services and advice to the Academic Senate and University Executive committees and supports the governance of the University's controlled and associated entities. Managing corporate governance functions, which include the Secretariat, Records Management and Assurance Services, and the Student Ombudsman service are other areas of responsibility. Find out more. Risk and Compliance Manager, Melbourne

Part-time Company Secretary, Melbourne

We require the services of a part-time (Melbourne based) Company Secretary to undertake duties such as taking minutes at Board meetings and teleconferences, ensure all company records are maintained correctly and provide advice to the board in regard to their ACNC and ASIC requirements.
