Assistant Company Secretary: North Sydney, NSW

Our client is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to join their Legal and Governance team for a 12 month maternity leave cover period. The position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel and be responsible for administering company secretarial duties for the group, including the parent company, subsidiaries, registered branches and joint ventures in Australia, New Zealand and other jurisdictions - ensuring adherence to best practice corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Assistant Company Secretary, Brisbane, QLD

Our client has a new opportunity for the role of Assistant Company Secretary. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Company Secretary to deliver quality company secretarial services to the business with a particular focus on compliance, data integrity, statutory board and financial reporting. This is a Permanent Part-Time position (15.2 hours per week, over 2 or 3 days) based at South Bank.
