In this part-time role as Company Secretary you will provide effective and timely support and advice to the Chair, Board of Directors, Board committees and the Director/CEO. You will ensure productive and efficient meetings; effective and engaging management of the Company membership; and compliance with statutory, policy and ethical requirements. You will also proactively advise and support the leadership team in identifying and managing associated risk.

Company Secretary, Narrabeen, NSW

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced part-time Company Secretary to the Office of the Chairman and CEO. The organisation is charitable and focused on aged care and retirement living with turnover of $300 million and an asset base of $1.3 billion. The Company Secretary is responsible for the provision of high level secretariat support to the Chief Executive, the Board and its Executive Committee.
