Our client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Company Secretary to perform the duties and responsibilities required by law and by their Articles of Association. The position will be expected to provide the Board with best practice advice on its regulatory and governance obligations and its fiduciary responsibilities. Applicants should be familiar with the Corporations Act and the particular issues faced by not-for-profit Boards.
