What are and why study micro-credentials at Governance Institute

Brand new in 2025, Governance Institute is offering 11 micro-credentials commencing on the first Monday of each month from 3 February 2025. Developed at the established level within our Capability Framework, they are ideal for governance practitioners and leaders who wish to increase their knowledge of governance, and the related behaviours and skills expected of effective governance practitioners.

Completion of one micro-credential takes only six weeks of online, self-paced learning (including a written assessment). Bundles are also available that comprise four specified micro-credentials. Successful completion of a micro-credential also satisfies academic requirements for admission to our postgraduate course.
