Evie Cuthbertson, Senior Manager, Grosvenor Performance Group

Evie brings over 20 years of consulting experience in the public sector, with a strong focus on monitoring and evaluation and corporate-level performance measurement. She has supported a range of Commonwealth agencies in developing authentic and PGPA Act-aligned corporate performance measurement frameworks.  Her expertise has benefited organisations such as the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the National Indigenous Australians Agency, the Treasury, the National Capital Authority and the Royal Australian Mint. As a practised facilitator, Evie has played a vital role in supporting agencies on the Commonwealth Performance Framework's corporate planning side, including designing and delivering strategic planning workshops and collaborating closely with agency executives to provide actionable outcomes.  

Tara Stellati, Director | Governance, Planning and Performance, Department of Finance

Tara is the Director of Governance, Planning and Performance at the Department of Finance. She has over 12 years of experience in public sector roles, specialising in corporate governance and performance reporting positions. Tara has managed the development of crucial performance frameworks and corporate publications across various agencies. Tara provides strategic advice to senior executives and governance committees to enhance transparency and accountability in performance reporting.

Tara specialises in establishing holistic enterprise performance frameworks and undertakes strategic reviews of performance measures to ensure alignment with the governance and accountability requirements. Tara holds qualifications in strategy and security, international studies, and psychology.
