Chris Hatfield, Managing Director, Information Governance, Privacy & Security, FTI Consulting
Chris Hatfield is an experienced digital insights and risk management advisor. For over 20 years, Chris has worked across a range of contentious technology disciplines, including information governance, security, forensic technology, and cyber, gaining considerable experience in both the technical and strategic application of technology-centric solutions. His core focus is helping clients identify and manage data risk across the data lifecycle: from the collection or creation of data through to storage, processing, use and disposal of data. Importantly, Chris is helping clients reduce data risk by conducting data minimisation, including data inventory, asset scanning, defensible disposal and changing ways of working.
Helen Clarke, Partner, Johnson Winter Slattery
She has a focus on digital transformation, technology procurement and outsourcing, data privacy and compliance, cyber security, telecommunications regulation and transactions, intellectual property protection, management and commercialisation, and technology driven transactions including new product launches. She acts for major private sector and government clients in a diverse range of industries including health, transport, financial services, telecommunications, education and energy and resources.
