Speakers highlights:
Chris Hatfield, Managing Director, Information Governance, Privacy & Security, FTI Consulting
Chris Hatfield is an experienced digital insights and risk management advisor. For over 20 years, Chris has worked across a range of contentious technology disciplines, including information governance, security, forensic technology, and cyber, gaining considerable experience in both the technical and strategic application of technology-centric solutions. His core focus is helping clients identify and manage data risk across the data lifecycle: from the collection or creation of data through to storage, processing, use and disposal of data. Importantly, Chris is helping clients reduce data risk by conducting data minimisation, including data inventory, asset scanning, defensible disposal and changing ways of working.
Pat Saraceni, Director, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Clifford Chance
Dr Pat Saraceni is Director in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team and is experienced in complex commercial and contractual disputes. Pat focuses predominately on dispute resolution, litigation and international and domestic arbitration in the maritime, energy, mining and insurance sectors. Pat leads the Australian Maritime Team.
Pat is ranked in leading legal directories. She is a member of the team that has in the past won the ADC’s Arbitration Practice Group of the Year award, and the team is ranked Band 1 in Australia and Asia Pacific for international arbitration by Legal 500. Pat was awarded a Doctorate of Juridical Science (SJD) in Law and a Master of Laws. She is a member of the International Bar Association, the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration, the College of Law WA Chapter Board, a past President and Honorary Member of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (MLAANZ) and co-chairs its WA branch. She is a member of several Law Society professional committees, and a committee member of AMTAC. In 2023 she was elected a Titulary Member of CMI, in recognition of her contribution to international maritime law.
