Speakers highlights:
Chris Hatfield, Managing Director, Information Governance, Privacy & Security, FTI Consulting
Chris Hatfield is an experienced digital insights and risk management advisor. For over 20 years, Chris has worked across a range of contentious technology disciplines, including information governance, security, forensic technology, and cyber, gaining considerable experience in both the technical and strategic application of technology-centric solutions. His core focus is helping clients identify and manage data risk across the data lifecycle: from the collection or creation of data through to storage, processing, use and disposal of data. Importantly, Chris is helping clients reduce data risk by conducting data minimisation, including data inventory, asset scanning, defensible disposal and changing ways of working.
Nick Boyle, Partner, DLA Piper
Nick Boyle is an experienced and trusted legal advisor, and acts for clients on a range of digital transformation and technology-related transactions as well as providing advice on data, cyber and privacy related matters. Nick has worked in both in-house roles, and in private practice, and has worked with senior executives and boards on the development, implementation and ongoing review of policies, practices and systems relating to collection and handling of data (including personal information) and cyber security, as well as advising on the responses to data breach incidents.
