Should you be unable to attend this event, a substitute delegate is always welcome. An additional charge may be applicable, for example, where a non-member substitutes for a member. A full refund will be made for cancellations made in writing (letter, fax, email) more than 10 business days prior to the event. Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that time. Circumstances may arise where this event may be cancelled or postponed, and in those instances, a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Face-to-face courses

Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that time. Circumstances may arise where this event may be cancelled or postponed, and in those instances a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Governance Institute's National Conference

Should you be unable to attend this event, a substitute delegate is always welcome. An additional charge may be applicable, for example, where a non-member substitutes for a member. A refund will be made for cancellations made in writing (letter, fax, email) more than 10 business days prior to the event; however, a cancellation fee of $275 (including GST) will be charged. Regrettably, no refunds can be made after that time. Circumstances may arise where this event may be cancelled or postponed, and in those instances a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Mentoring program

An administration fee of $150 is payable at the time of application submission. Once matched with a mentor, the balance of the program fee is due.

Cancellation after candidate is matched with a mentor will incur forfeiture of the administration fee. Cancellation within 10 days of Workshop 1 will incur forfeiture of the full amount.
