This Certificate is for those at the emerging level of capability who are seeking to gain a clear understanding of good governance and risk practice, including ESG principles and their application in governance. This Certificate provides vital guidance on how governance professionals can ensure that their companies meet climate-related disclosure obligations and incorporates a Climate Readiness Assessment tool.
How is this course delivered:
Attend this virtual (live Zoom) Certificate over 2 weeks (2 afternoons per week) with the experienced facilitators and with your peers. Networking opportunities are provided throughout the course as we put you into groups to work through case studies.
Facilitators are senior governance and risk professionals with executive and/or non-executive experience who have worked across a number of sectors/industries. They will guide you through the course materials and activities.

There are no prerequisites required for entry to the Certificates, so anyone can study.

- Assessments will be auto graded with a digital badge issued on successful completion

Access to the course materials and assessments is available for 120 days from the first scheduled course start date.
