The course also emphasises the importance of feedback and continuous learning and will cover how to effectively gather, integrate and apply feedback to improve professional practice.

This course begins with self with critical reflection on personal performance and using feedback from a variety of sources to consider professional development. A growth mindset is used to support the reflection and learning processes in this course. Models and frameworks of reflection will be explored to develop individual and collective capabilities which are extended to enhance the flow of knowledge in collaborative relationships.
