Empathy & Inclusion (Feb 2025)

This course delves into the essential concepts of diversity, empathy and inclusion, providing participants with the tools to critically assess and enhance organisational culture and governance. Participants will explore the complex dimensions of diversity within organisations, examining the distinctions between equality and equity and understanding the true value of inclusion.

With a focus on self-awareness, the course offers opportunities for deep reflection, fostering emotional intelligence and encouraging participants to consider various perspectives and their own biases, ensuring they are better equipped to interact effectively with diverse groups of colleagues and stakeholders. Participants will also learn about their obligations concerning psychological safety and relevant laws and regulations, ensuring they are well-versed in creating a supportive and compliant work environment. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to address the complexities of diversity, improve organisational inclusion practices and policies, and lead with empathy in their organisations.
