In today’s rapidly evolving governance landscape, effective leadership is key to organisational success. Focusing on the critical intersection of leadership and governance, this course will explore what constitutes effective leadership, including the qualities that define exceptional leaders and how leaders influence decision-making and organisational culture. Participants will gain also insights into how leadership shapes an organisation’s strategic direction, vision and values using real-world examples from diverse sectors.
The course also explores different leadership styles and the importance of reflective practice. Participants will be provided with practical tools and methods for assessing their leadership strengths and weakness and setting leadership development goals that align with their organisation’s vision and values.
With a focus on being responsive to global trends, the course prepares leaders to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment and lead and motivate others on the journey. Participants will learn how to craft compelling messages and utilise storytelling as a powerful tool to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
By the end of the course, participants will be equipped lead with confidence in an evolving global landscape and set targeted leadership development initiatives to ensure their organisation remains resilient.
