This Certificate is designed to support good governance practices for the company secretary. It examines governance responsibilities across all organisation types, unpacks the essential duties and responsibilities of the role, and provides practical guidance and tools for the key functions related to board reporting and boardroom governance at the emerging level of capability.   

How is this course delivered:

Attend this in-person Certificate over 2 full days with the experienced facilitators and with your peers. Networking opportunities are provided throughout the course as we put you into groups to work through case studies.

Facilitators are senior governance and risk professionals with executive and/or non-executive experience who have worked across a number of sectors/industries. They will guide you through the course materials and activities.

There are no prerequisites required for entry to the Certificates, so anyone can study.
