In today’s world, everything is digital. Information and systems are increasingly becoming an organisation’s greatest asset, and their greatest threat. Cyber security incidents can result in financial, legal and regulatory, reputational, and customer impacts. A significant cyber security incident could mean the end of an organisation. The aim of this course is to examine key areas of information security risk faced by organisations and to discuss the standards, guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies available for their effective management.
