Combining her strong business background with her learning expertise means she designs, develops and delivers development initiatives that achieve sustainable results.

Her passionate commitment to creating high performing work cultures builds long term organisational sustainability. Her empathy based style and ability to intimately understand the ongoing pressure faced by business leaders is grounded through her personal leadership experiences and the challenging experiences with diverse organisations such as MetLife, APRA, TAL, Sanitarium, Health Care Complaints Commission, The ICONIC, Pandora.
