The survey closed Friday, 5 March.

We are partnering with Aon to provide you with accurate, reliable and comprehensive information on the Australian pay market for non-executive directors and select executive roles. Aon (NYSE:AON) is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, human capital, retirement and health solutions.

The survey coverage delves into detail around board structure and workloads as well as executive incentive policies. The final report will:

  • provide extensive coverage of remuneration details
  • capture detailed analytics on various structural and operation practices
  • include detail around incentive practices to provide a holistic view of executive remuneration
  • furnish qualitative insights on remuneration governance practices and challenges.

The survey will take approximately 10‒20 minutes to fill out resulting in a detailed and meaningful report.
