Change Challenge Awards

Each year, Voice Project runs their Change Challenge competition, to recognise the highest performing organisations which have successfully heard and uplifted their levels of employee engagement. The Change Challenge is designed to encourage positive change in organisations by recognising the achievement of measurable and meaningful change at work.

We received some amazing feedback from the judges:

  • Some really impressive improvements have been made. It is clear how improvement activities are aligned to business objectives. For a business of this size, the initiatives selected were great. The organisation responded well to challenges, particularly COVID-19, which appears to be reflected in business KPIs. A decrease in turnover is great and some good processes for WHS noted.
  • Governance Institute of Australia successfully survived COVID-19 whilst enhancing a number of survey and non-survey KPIs. In regard to change, they appear to have successfully transitioned to a virtual environment.
  • Extensive and well executed list of initiatives, which delivered clear outcomes and benefits. High level of involvement and communication helped drive successful change. Amazing 30%+ improvements in some key areas, great work.
