Annual General Meeting
The Board of Governance Institute of Australia Ltd (Governance Institute), is pleased to confirm the company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in a hybrid format on Wednesday 25 May 2022 at 4.00pm (AEST). The meeting will be held at the Melbourne offices of Governance Institute, situated at Level 7, 500 Collins Street, Melbourne, and online by using virtual technology through a platform provided by a third party known as Lumi.
Following the formal proceedings of the AGM, members attending the AGM in person are invited to stay for a fascinating address on ethics, integrity and governance from guest speaker Dennis Gentilin, Head of Enterprise Risk, UniSuper. Following our guest speaker, members will have the opportunity to network with the board, senior staff and each other over drinks and canapes.

Notwithstanding that the unprecedented challenges and restrictions caused by COVID-19 continue to abate, we request that members wishing to attend the AGM in person follow the public health directions in force at the date of the meeting, and as determined by the Victorian State Government.
Members who are unable to attend the AGM, or who prefer to register questions beforehand concerning matters to be considered at the AGM, are invited to do so before or at 5:00pm, Wednesday, 18 May 2022 by clicking on the link below.
